COVID-19 Vaccination Reminder
Designated employees who work with vulnerable populations must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (and provide proof of vaccination to their employer) by October 31, 2021 OR undergo frequent COVID-19 testing.
Operators are working closely with Human Resources, Occupational and Environmental Safety and Health, Infection Prevention and Control, Privacy and Public Health to put processes in place to support the implementation of this requirement for vaccinated staff, including measures to ensure the privacy of your personal health information.
