The Southern Health-Santé Sud specific COVID-19 Staff Screening Tool has been updated again to include ongoing provincial direction changes and new information. This tool is intended to provide basic COVID-19 occupational health direction for staff and leaders to follow as well as instruction for when a call for more detailed occupational health screening is required by site Infection Control Practitioner or designate.
