The Southern Health-Santé Sud specific COVID-19 Staff Screening Tool has been updated. It includes all of the recent provincial changes regarding COVID-19 testing, reporting and self-isolation so that staff and leaders can independently determine required responses and then also know when a call to Occupational Health screening is required.
