Staff Screening Tool
The Southern Health-Santè Sud specific COVID-19 staff screening tool has been updated again to include ongoing provincial direction changes & new information. This tool is intended to provide basic COVID-19 occupational health direction for staff and leaders to follow as well as instruction for when a call for more detailed occupational health screening is required by site Infection Control Practitioner (ICP) or designate.
