III. SPECIAL EVENT: eakin & The Importance of Seal Moldability
eakin Paste, Ring and Fistula Pouch
with James Gillespie, eakin Key Account Manager, UK – 1Hr
*This event will be broadcast LIVE from a concurrent event and will not be recorded*
This year we are taking a focused look at the importance of creating a secure routine for both ostomy and fistula patients, that is manageable in every setting. Globally, we often encounter cases of a secure routine being established in a hospital setting but when the ostomate or wound patient is discharged home they encounter problems.
In this session we will present global case studies from nurses seeing these problems and why they occur. We will review the information patients encounter during the early days of care, and current products on the market with new testing that showcases the ability of different products to adapt to each unique stoma, fistula or wound.
